Turkey not walking

I have a broad breasted bronze turkey that is about a week old who cant seem to get up if I hold him abover the water and feed he will eat and drink fine. He also seems to have plenty of energery. yesterday he was able to get up and walk fine. The other four are fine.

Any ideas or should I just cull him?

Are you using anything slippery like newspaper in the brooder? If not I wonder if it is a growth problem similar to what is found in broiler chickens.

He has his toes up in the air next to his body and is starting to walk on the joint.
