Turkey Poop After Attack

Hi everyone! I'm new here and any help would be greatly appreciated! I have a turkey hen that was attacked (not sure by what) Friday night. All we found were empty egg shells and a TON of feathers. We just knew she was gone. Fast forward to Sunday morning, my neighbor finds her sitting at the bottom of her steps not moving. We have since brought her in the house, keeping her in our spare bathroom with the lights off. She has bee drinking water and today has been eating baby food when fed to her on a spoon. I'm now concerned with her poop. I'll post a pic below, but the black stool is concerning to me. Please help!
