Turkey - Possible neck injury

Hey I just came out and saw my turkeys neck was kindve out of place it seems. Or like stiff idk but I just noticed it just now. Anyone know what could’ve happened or what I can do to help him? Never seen it before. Don’t know if it’s even normal or if he did something. I don’t know. Help please ..
