turkey poult 1 day old weak

I have had a kind of successful hatching of Turkey poults. the first one arrived three days ago ,fit and well.. and three others continued the same way. the 2 others were struggling to get out off the egg. I didnt intervene as mother nature knows best. last one I felt what's to loose left it for 24 hours and still didnt manage to get out of the egg so i helped the egg membrane was dry but managed to get him out. hes seems very weak and cant stand. I have left him in the incubator but what can I do to increase his chances of surviving.
