One of the turkey poults is a lot bigger than the other. Could this mean I have a tom and a hen?

The snood looks weird on the 2nd one. Has it been pecked at, do you know?On this second one the snood is very long so I’m not sure if that means anything.. but the actual body is significantly smaller than the first. View attachment 3442521

As far as I know they do not peck at each other. Today is the first time they came in contact with the rest of the flock.The snood looks weird on the 2nd one. Has it been pecked at, do you know?
They look too young to sex at this point.
This is the bigger one, it has a very small snood compared to the other.
