It pipped and then just sat for 48 hours. Generally, I have found turkey eggs always hatch about 24 hours after external pip. So, this morning, I helped it. It was extremely weak, but seemed to have a lot of will to live. I gave it several doses of electrolytes, sugar, and vitamins in water. Don't know if it will make it or not.
Anyway, it has a deformity I've not seen before -- the navel isn't on the central axis of the abdomen as it should be, it is off on the side by about a 60 degree angle. Othewise, it seems normal in the abdomen, and actually voided a couple of times on the paper towels in the incubator.
