Turkey pout hatched a day early..with problems, help!

He was doing great, eating and drinking, toe was even straightening out on it's own and I woke up to find him dead for no apparent reason.

Sad.

Highs and lows of farming animals.
This is common.
When you help them at hatch time the "drop dead syndrome" increases also.
Even if you don't help them but the temp was on the high side.
