Turkey problem with "wart" bump on head

She is a wild bird, that left her flock. She has come around for the past 3 years and has this "wart" looking nodule on her head.
She runs around and eats and drinks but lately likes to hide in the rocks near the house and nap.
Should I be concerned?

I don't see what "thing" you are talking about.

Her behavior seems to indicate that she is trying to go broody.
 
Sorry, I can't tell anything from that photo.
It looks like a wart with bare skin around it.
She's a wild bird that left her flock and was here when she was a yearling.
She roosts in a nearby tree and hangs under the bird feeder.
