Turkey problem

I got this turkey the end of May along with 10 0ther turkeys. The other hens are looking like hens and toms like toms. But this one is looking very strange. Does anyone have any ideas?

That is one strange looking turkey! I'm following, although I don't have any ideas of what is causing/caused that.
