turkey processing time

tomorrow is the day for one of my hens and one jake. Both easter wild both going to freezer camp. Hope I get is right, kind of nervous about the jake, he is so darned flighty and strong. Well wish me luck.

The advice we got this fall with ours (from the high school AG teacher) was to kind of roll him in a carpet/heavy cloth. My hubby ended up kind of sitting on him for a while, they really flopped around a long time. Good luck! You'll do fine.
