Somehow one of my turkey poults got its head stuck in some chicken wire. When I went out I found him almost limp. I’ve brought him in and tried to clean him up a bit but what do I do now? I have him inside and he’s just laying here weak and sleeping. :hit

Blu-Kote the wounds. Try to get some sugar water into it. Keep it warm and let it rest.

X2. It's probably in shock and exhausted. Keeping it hydrated, warm, and letting it rest and recover is best. Clean the wounds up, they don't look too bad in the pictures, prevent infection and they will likely heal up fine. It will probably look much better in 24 hours.
