Turkey with a bad neck

I have a tom turkey who seems to have something wrong with his neck it's crooked and when he tries to straighten it up he has a lot of trouble. He starts going around in circles a lot it's kind of scary to see this can someone please tell me what it is called I posted some pics of him to
