turkey with big bumps all over getting worse (pic)

If you put apple cider vinegar in water it starts clearing up quick. I heard this but didn't think it would work. I live in area with heavy Mosquitos. Apple cider vinegar in water gets rid of this and black head. Simple and effective. I just added a cup or two to the water and used a small tin pail until satisfied that bumps were gone. Doesn't hurt to give it to them occasionally when nothing wrong. I believe it must clean system out of virus or bacteria.

Welcome to BYC. Apple cider vinegar has many good qualities. However it wont treat fowl pox nor blackhead. Fowl pox is a virus. The warts/nodules will eventually disappear when the disease runs its course through the flock, then birds will be immune thereafter to that particular strain. The effects of fowl pox can be mild to severe. Blackhead is a protozoa, and its host is the cecal worm carried by chickens (if infected by the protozoa.) Blackhead is deadly to turkeys, not so much in chickens.
