Turkey with leg issue

Hi guys,
I have a 5 week old turkey that started limping a few days ago. I checked him for bumblefoot or obvious injuries but didn't find anything of significance. I got home from work this am and he was barely standing on it. On closer inspection it seems to be his right hock is red and swollen. I have attached a few photos.
Does anyone know what this could be?

Broad breasted? Could be the start of perosis. What are you feeding them? It's often from a lack of certain vitamins and minerals.

The B vitamins. Try adding a half a capsule of B complex vitamins to one gallon of water. It has to be made fresh daily.
