That is not normal which means that you should study your method and see if there is something that you can be doing better.I have to assist hatch most of mine
i know they make me crazy. I read and do what I'm told and if I sell them to other people they have the same problem. They pip but don't get out of the eggs. i'm getting good at egg C-sections. And they are healthy babies. But they just sit in the eggs and die , if I don't get them out. You can try putting the incubator in a small room with a dehumidifier in the room which will lower the humidity in the room and likewise cause the humidity to be lower inside the incubator.Yeah they are too big. The ambient humidity is never that low here in pa, even if I don't put any water in the incubator. there have been in the proper position except for one. Their beaks are under their wing , head up to the air cell
