I don't think narragansett because she looks just like my bronze.

These are Narragansetts. You'll notice how much white they have.

This is a picture of a Bronze hen. It looks just like yours.

Ok now I am confused! Do females spread thier tails and puff up? She or he was seen numerous times strutting around my chickens all puffed up! No camera ever around when needed

Someone posted a pic of a female who was puffed and strutting. If it wasn't a proven female, you would have sworn it was a male! Your bird looks like a female.

It's not a "pure bronze"- the back and secondary wing feathers don't have exactly the classic bronze look. Looks to be either a cross of two different colors or just a backyard heritage turkey mix.

POst this onto the turkey board and they will help you. She is too dark to be a Narri, she is a Bronze, but she has some odd feathers so she may be mixed with something. Steve on the turkey board will be able to tell you for sure.

Or get a bourbon and have some nice looking colors. Can get calico and sweetgrass looking offspring... nice looking hen by the way!
