i have a poult that looks like it has water on the brain. what can i do to help it?

Is it a sinus infection? Is it a tom, because it's mating season and they do some fighting, possibly a salivary gland has ruptured.

I see now you said poult. I'm thinking more sinus infection.

It is 2 weeks old. It hatched that way. It looks like hydrocephalis sp? - just like how babies look. I wondered if I could take a pin and poke it to make it drain ,but I didn't want to kill it. Any ideas?
