I was trimming some wisteria and a Dogwood tree in the back yard this morning and the Turkeys staying under foot started to go crazy for the fruit on the Dogwood limbs that I had just cut off and thrown in a pile.
At first I thought will this hurt them to eat it and then I thought surly not.
Then the chickens came in to feed as well and the Turkeys put them in there place to wait till the Turkeys got there fill.
The Turkeys now have wondered off and the Chickens have crawled into the pile of brush finishing off the the Dogwood fruit and what ever else they can find.
I Googeld the Dogwood fruit and it is of course safe for them to eat.
Just another day learning more about My Turkeys and Chickens.
