Sorry for the naive question; but I’ve read that Turkens may have some immunity to Mareks. So would that apply to Showgirls as well? Thank you!

Ah, I see.
You may want to ask the folks in those posts if they have Turkens or Showgirls to see what their view would be.

No chickens are immune to Marek's, the virus can affect any of them.
Some may have more "resistance" but hard to know.
