Turkeys bleeding sores on neck.

I’m a first time turkey owner and my turkeys have sores on their necks that are bleeding. I don’t know if they are rubbing themselves raw, fighting, or if there is something wrong with them. Thanks for the help

Thank you. Do you know if spraying them with wound spray would help their situation or not.

Some use Betadine to help dry up the scabs from pox. The less you disturb scabs the better, because scabs can be contagious.
