Turkeys, guinea hens and chickens feeding?

I have a mixed flock of turkeys, guinea hens and chickens. I'm currently feeding layena crumbles mixed with flock raiser and scratch grain in the evening. I want to make sure that mixing the two is ok for the above flock? What poundage should be fed? I have 9 turkeys, 10 guinea hens, between 20-25 chickens (I know I should know, but I just added a few in and haven't seen a couple for a few days).

I would just feed flock raiser to all of them along with free choice oyster shell on the side. I would not mix anything with it especially scratch. Scratch should be considered a treat and fed as such making sure not to exceed 10% of the total diet.

All of my poultry have access to their feed at all times.
