Turkey's have Heart Attack's

I lost my 50 to 60 lb Turkey today due to a Heart attack! He was a standard Mammoth Bronze age 8 months. He was enjoying his day out of the pen, as the weather was nice enough to let him and the hen out. I went to put them back in their house and he was just walking around and drop to the ground. I was going to show him in the spring. I miss the heck out of him!

Sorry for your loss, I loss my last 2 cornish x meat roos that way. Hopefully, you will be able to show the hen still or if you want find another tom.

That's what happens to the BB turkeys. They are fine and then wham! Sorry for your loss. Try to get a heritage bird this spring and you will have a friend for years to come.
