turkeys in the winter.

just wondering if there is anything special turkeys need for the winter.

Reasonable shelter as in not being forced to roost in the rain/snow and the wind. Most any place that is dry and out of the direct wind will do no need to go to great lengths. If you don't feed scratch you might thinking of doing so on the cold mornings otherwise they are going to eat a lot of gamebird feed just to burn for calories. Make sure they can get water at least several times a day if their regular waterers freeze.
