Turkeys lost tail feathers, is she ok?

Most likely she is molting or something/someone grabbed her by the tail and pulled them out. They will grow back.

A tailless turkey is a strange sight.

I'll bet she's molting. Mine are just starting. My chickens have lost tail feathers already.
