Which was the best heritage turkey variety that you ever had/have? (Not commercial broad breast strains), & Why? : Mating, weight, meat flavor, Maternal Instinct, sturdy to the elements, etc. Is that true that the guinea meat is the tastiest meat ever from all the fowl? Guineas are delicious but so are chukars and ringneck pheasants.
