Good point. My free-ranging turkey hen gives the chickens and ducks tons of grief!Turkey can be thugs. Mine chase my chickens around, and try to get them. I have places my chickens can escape to where the turkeys can't follow. All my poultry free ranges in the same area, but the turkeys get locked up after a while so the chickens and ducks can relax again.
2x Better Than Rubies I have read it's a change keeping turkeys with chickens due to the "blackhead" issue. I don't have turkeys so the info didn't sink in but you should search it in the forums.![]()
