Turkeys with chickens

I will be buying 6 bbb. Should I just keep them away from the chickens for their short life span? or will they integrate?

I have had many turkeys. The bbw and the bbb are geared towards eating. They will try and hog all of the feed. I have kept the heritage turkeys with my hens and they all do fine. Also you will probaly want to feed the bbb a higher protein food that the rest of your flock. It would be a good idea the try and separate them, especilly towards the end. They taste great. Good luck
