Either fowl pox or a wound or bite. I personally would do nothing but watch it. Your turkey looks like a hen to me.

Awesome thank u I am new to turkeys and have two and they both act totally different but am not sure how to sex them

A Tom would have a big snood, and he will less feathers on his head. He will be bigger, and generally darker in coloring. Tom's will also gobble. If you post pictures people can help you.

Some of my hens will display when excited or when showing dominance over other hens.
