Turned an old shed into a chicken paradise!

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and new to raising chickens. We had an old shed on our property and i went all out to make it as nice and safe as possible! Everything is done except the neating boxes have not been added yet and the gutter is going to connect to a rain barrel system. Feel free to tell me if I am missing anything.

talk about paradise!!! atoumatic door and all!!! although the chickens would probably like some area with grass, you make a non coverd run off of your coverd run for a bit of supervided free time if you have lots of predators... and,,,, WELCOME TO BYC!!!

Thanks automatic door was nice until i went out at dusk today and a chicken was stuck under it trying to get in the coop. I took her out she seems fine but i guess i have to put them in every night for now

You did a real good job! I like the three wall design. Predators such as raccoon, dogs, coyotes can bite through chicken wire to get to your chickens. I would upgrade that with 1/2” hardware cloth on the coop wall like you did with the run.

Great coop! I diy'd mine with mostly scavenged parts. I really need an upgrade on the poop deck though. What is yours covered with?

I have stone dust down easy to scoop with a poop scoop for litter boxes. Takes a few minutes a day.
