ok i have a bit of an isssue i want to hatch some more eggs but the first 4 days i can only turn them twice(well three times but the gap in between wil be only a couple of hours) will this be ok could it prevent the development thanks

The minimum is 3 X's per day. More is better and a hen will turn them much, much more (very likely hourly) - so I think you're fine and not turning too much. Good luck with your hatch.
