Turning of eggs

All incubators I've had so far turns the eggs a full 90 degrees. Now I've bought a huge machine, but upon arrival at home, I discovered that it only turns the eggs 22 degrees. Will this be enough? Any advice will be appreciated.

It is recommended that eggs get turned 90*, so I don't think 22* is going to cut it. How are the eggs placed and turned int your incubator? Is there a way you can fit some additional turning/rotation in there?

The machine can not be changed. 22 degrees is what it's been designed for. I was wondering if anyone has done any experiments with turning. I don't really want to put in a few hundred eggs and then find it does not turn enough.

Sorry, I should've been clearer. I meant can you hand turn the eggs in addition to the incubator's turning?

No, hand turning is not an option. Eventually there are going to be 5000 eggs in there.
Desperately looking for someone who has done some experimenting.
