Twelve and a half week barred...still a roo?

My barred rock (supposed to be a pullet) is continuing to look much different than my other barred pullet. I'm wondering if it's just a lighter colored pullet or if it's a roo. With that being said, I have not heard it crowing at all, wouldn't it be doing that by now if it were a roo? Any thoughts? Thanks!

Looks like a cockerel to me. Some begin to crow when they are young, the more considerate ones leave it until they are 4-5 months old

x2. The large red comb and wide barring are the most obvious signs at this point.
