I was SO determined NOT to watch the movie OR read the books. Then I got bored on my vacation in July and watched the movie...then I CONSUMED the books. I dont think the movie ruined the book, it was SLIGHTLY different, but in a good way. ANd I NEVER say that!

I want to join. My daughter got me hooked on the books and we bought the movie. I did not think Edward looks like he should look but the actor did a good job so it was okay. I think Edward should have been nicer looking. Don't you? I did however think Jacob was spot on!
 
OMG so this morning we hit construction on our way to town. I happened to be the front car in line at the pilot car waiting point. The kid holding the stop sign and telling me that it would be about 10 minutes to wait looked JUST like Jacob...I actually did several double takes he was so dead on... nice way to start my morning

I finally watched the Twilight movie last night. I really liked it. It was different from the book, but not too different. I can't wait until November when New Moon comes out.

I haven't read Eclipse yet, I am on the wait list at the library, and if they don't have it soon I am going to have to buy it. The funny thing is they have Breaking Dawn, and all the others but not the one I want.

I'm getting my New Moon tickets THIS WEEK for the first midnight showing...

I'm with you Sparkles, resisted anything Twilight for awhile, then finally broke down and saw the movie...finished all the books in a week!
