Twin duck eggs

Pics
If your eggs are on day 21 now I'd recommend you stop turning, it will just disorient the ducklings more to continue turning. Especially because I'm sure they're already cramped. I think it would be best if you gave them extra time to get into position without the stress of being rotated. Developing embryos really only need to be rotated for the first week while those tiny fragile veins are developing, so the embryo and veins don't adhere to the shell. Once they make it to a week they're moving on their own and the veins are big enough that they won't get stuck. Since they're clearly way past that, stopping the turning now will not cause any issues and will probably help them a lot.

I have stopped turning many times after one week and it doesn't affect the hatch rate at all.

this makes sense. When I incubated my duck eggs, I stopped turning one of them early, on about day 21-22 due to staggered lockdowns--- She was just fine.

Great advice
I will do one last turn so air cell slant is facing up and leave them

I tried again to get a video but it’s to hard as the light just messes with the focus
I turned them to the correct side
I could see one baby is against the air cell the other has a little room between it and the air cell on the egg that the air cell is dropping down much faster on
I marked them on Friday abc again today
You can see the egg on the right the air cell grew twice as fast
Now it’s a wait game and I’ll check them every 4 hours to
see if I see rocking or more air cell drops as well as shadowing
We are done turning the eggs now
That was a great suggestion so thank you
As of now I did see a ton of movement but I couldn’t tell you if it was all 4 or not as it’s dark other then the air cell area
