When I incubated my duck eggs, I stopped turning one of them early, on about day 21-22 due to staggered lockdowns--- She was just fine.If your eggs are on day 21 now I'd recommend you stop turning, it will just disorient the ducklings more to continue turning. Especially because I'm sure they're already cramped. I think it would be best if you gave them extra time to get into position without the stress of being rotated. Developing embryos really only need to be rotated for the first week while those tiny fragile veins are developing, so the embryo and veins don't adhere to the shell. Once they make it to a week they're moving on their own and the veins are big enough that they won't get stuck. Since they're clearly way past that, stopping the turning now will not cause any issues and will probably help them a lot.
I have stopped turning many times after one week and it doesn't affect the hatch rate at all.
