Twins or dead egg?

Day 13, see this in one of my eggs, unfourtuanatly I dont see movement like I did a few days ago, but instead see these dots. Look like eyes, but... two? I understand its most likely a quitter but what could the dots even be? And is it possible even if I dont see movment that it could be alive? This hatch has sucked

You're seeing the head and the body. Are there still veins? It's sometimes hard to tell from pictures. I assume an egg is dead only when veins start to recede, they completely have disappeared overnight, there is a blood ring or a bad smell. Embryos do not move 24/7 non-stop and sometimes will just be resting.

Difficult to tell, but I do think they have receded, at least next to my fully alive and kicking enbryo
