Candling at Day 7 showed this embryo had quit so we cracked it up and found this :

Is this twins with one yolk or something else?

Wow, that’s super cool. I wonder what would have happened if it had survived
It probably wouldn't have. One of them would have died. It's pretty much impossible for two to live off of one yolk.

I know, but Ive heard it’s possible, SUPER rare, but possible. I’ve heard that it usually happens in double yoke eggs though. Do your right, unlikely. I think that twin eggs are super fascinating though🤗
So do I, and studying how rare they are with one yolk is super intriguing!!

I only posted this because it’s the first time I’ve encountered Twins with one yolk. I’ve seen a few double yolk-ers but they don’t usually make it this far.

@ChristinLewin they may become conjoined twins like mine did or be Siamese twins. If they would of formed all the way and they were Siamese Twins they would not hatch. If they were conjoined twin with not ad normal problems they would probably hatch with assistants.
