That looks like she must've had a direct blunt accident when she was younger. She's wound up with a cross beak.

What is your question though? If she's eating, drinking and laying eggs, she's doing great!

We have one and trim her beak every few months with an electric fingernail dremel. She too gets along fine with the flock.

When she was younger, we fed her wet mash in a deep bowl so she would get her nourishment as they don't eat dry feed as well; it falls out.

If she's losing weight, try that and it should help her gain some weight back. We also added Kaytee Exact Plus Fat, Baby Parrot Feed to her mash.
