twisted/crooked face genetic?

I have a bird with a twisted face. I need to know if it is genetic and needs to be pulled from my breeding program? Any help is greatly appreciated. Links would be awesome too

Awesome, thank you. It starts on page 42 but the confirmation I was looking for is on page 43, it IS hereditary
