I have a 3 week old, female, silver Laced Wyandotte chick. She has a very bad twisted left leg and it had been getting worse. I don’t know what to do and seeking a veterinarian is really not an option. Is there anything I can for her?

Looks to be Splayed Leg or maybe Slipped Tendon? I'm not sure, hoping someone with more medical experience will peep in soon.

Search it in the forum, there's a "splint" you can make. Also check out PoultryPedia. You can also give her some Nutri Drench (vitamin/electrolyte) for some boost.

How long has she had this problem? Is she the only chick? Was she purchased or hatched? Is this her only symptom? Diarreaha? What are you feeding?

Unfortunately Nate, she looks to have a leg bone deformity called varus valgus deformity in the one leg. It is not treatable, and can get worse as the chicken grows. Sometimes the hock tendon can end up rupturing. Some chickens are able to get around well enough to get food and water, but others make pick on them or keep them from food. For more information you can Google "Leg bone deformities in poultry," or Google "varus valgus deformity in chickens."

Hello and welcome to BYC. sorry to read that things don't look too good for your chick.
