Twisted neck in Cochin rooster

Woke up this morning to find my one year old cohin rooster with a twisted neck. aarrrrggh. Searching things up on the interent , it doesn't sound so good. I have isolated him in a crate seperate from the girls. Not so sure what to do next. Any tips?
