Twisting neck, imbalance, skittish can't eat

I'll check the feed, but the other two hens are fine, I smelled the feed just the other day (as we once had some go rancid a couple years ago. )
It's milled locally and I get it out of the sack by hand.havent noticed anything.
We are in a sometimes extensively damp climate (not this spring oddly) so mold is always a possibility. I mucked out the henhouse yesterday for good measure and didn't notice anything weird in the litter etc.

You can buy small bags of feed at many feed stores now if your flock is small. I keep my feed in small metal garbage cans inside my coop. If any water drips or sweating occurs inside a food container, it will mold quickly. Mold can cause neurological symptoms, as can eating other toxins in the environment.

I Appreciate each idea, and will investigate every possibilty.
Food supply looks dry feels dry smells dry. Other hens healthy from same food source. Havent encountered any issue with my feed system so far in 5yrs...
Is it possible? sure. Probable? No .

Update.
She is still alive and we've been feeding her water/electrolyte. We had one day of increased movement , out in the yard, then back to lethargy. No eating. Some impulsive pecking at ground randomly but no intake. Drinking only if we hold her and guide her.
... Probly only one "update" to go ..
