Two 5 1/2 week old easter eggers. Hen or Roo?

I have two (snowball and peepers) 5 1/2 week old easter eggers and I am pretty sure one of them is a Roo (snowball). Would welcome all thoughts on it.

Here is "Snowball"

Snowball is a cockerel because of it's large red comb, while Peepers is a pullet because of it's pullet style feathering and small comb. I also have an Easter Egger hen named Peepers!

So sad : (. Not supposed to have roosters where i live. Wonder if i could keep him if i got one of those collars for him... anyone know if they work?
