two 6mth old BRs why is only 1 laying?

I'm a newbie chicken owner. My girls are only 6 months old, I thought that was a little young to be laying but Bouillon has layed eggs since last weekend. Nugget hasn't layed any. I think it's really wierd because Nugget was always larger and her comb and waddle got larger and redder about a good 2 weeks before Bouillion but only Bouillon is laying... Maybe I just need to be patient, I just want to ignore any signs (that i may not be aware of) that something is wrong. I'm not sure if this is relevant but Nugget has been squaking up a storm for the last week or so, seems about the time Bouillon started laying. She seems to be the loudest when Bouillon is laying, but she has gotten very noisey in general..but SHE's not even the only laying an egg! Should I worry or not quite yet? they seem to be acting as usual aside from squaking.

Are you sure they are both hens? 'Cause Roos don't lay eggs.

haha, i think she thinks she's a rooster. i was very concerned about her being a rooster but i posted pics and everyone agreed she is for sure a a hen, she doesn't have saddle feathers and she didnt start squaking till about 5 months..and its not really a crow type sound.. i think she's conflicted
