I have two broody silkies sitting on approx. 8 eggs separately.
When both clutches of eggs hatch, can I put the two silkies and babies together? How would this pan out, what should I do?

It depends on the hens of course but most of my broody hens won't let another chicken near her babies. Maybe others on here will chime in with their results from trying it.
