Two of my chickens are losing feathers near their vent, I did not see and parasites or infections and they are laying well, is this something I should be concerned about or is it normal?

No, it's not normal. Parasites can be hard to see. Some of them only get on the birds at night, and they are very common, being carried in by wild birds. Or there could be some feather picking going on, which is usually related to crowding or boredom, or too little protein. If there is discharge, vent gleet could be developing. I'd probably start by checking them for bugs at night, or just treat them.
