Two chicks hatching with CLEAR skin

These are two I broke holes into because they didn't pip with the others (I hate finding full-term chicks that just die in their shells). So I just pipped them and put some paper towel around their beaks in case fluid leaked in. Anyways, I broke into 5, the other 3 finished hatching by themselves but these two aren't even opening their eyes. They are still in the egg, but I can see through their skin and see guts moving around! There is like a little fat blob behind the wing of both of them.. I can see under the wing along the chicks side. It's kinda cool being able to see INTO the chick.. but I've never seen this with other chicks. Why is their skin clear?? Were they just behind developing? They have been breathing fine for a little over 12 hours... so I would assume the yolk sac is either absorbed or close to it at this point.. but with them acting premature (eyes not opening) I don't want to help them any further. Any opinions?

P.S. There wasn't a layer of fluid over them when I broke holes for them.. for that part they looked like they were ready to hatch.

Well if they have "clear" skin they probably
aren't fully developed and if they can't even
open their eyes maybe you should cull them..
Maybe that's why they weren't pipping they weren't
ready, you don't want them to suffer

A similar thing happened me, I was thinking of oulling their necks but opted to leave them in the incubator for 2 days. Very slowly, they pulled through and now I have two lovely blak cochins

It's amazing how fast things can change sometimes! One just hatched on it's own.. one eye is stuck shut, the other is open and alert.. I'll get it open later after they fluff up. The other one I had pipped the same time.. so I pulled that one out of the egg. It has both eyes open and looks pretty good. Yolk sac absorbed fine. Their skin is becoming less clear.. like it's drying into leather. I can still see some things under their skin but it isn't as clear as it was.

Just one chick left in the hatcher.. one that pipped itself. One more hour and I'm pulling it.

My sister-in-law asked for pictures too.. but I can NOT get it with my camera. I took a few pictures but there is just too much drying off fluff in the way. Sorry. Wish I could because that would be a fun science picture for the kids... especially since they seem to be fine.. must just be a stage they go through.
