Two Eggs In One Day?

I've got a leghorn and three road island reds. Very young, not quite six months old. I get four eggs a day. Four chickens, four eggs. Everything seemed normal.
Today, after collecting eggs, I thought I'd continue spoiling my little feathered friends with crickets and mealworms. One of the RIRs kind of stood off to the side, took a wide stance, and puffed up. Trying to show off? Having bowl issues? I held a cricket to her and she took it. So, I continued feed the others but I couldn't stop starring at her. Then it happened. A shelless egg fell out of her! I couldn't believe it! It layed there like a little ball. Another RIR, my most assertive one, ran up and ate it like she's done it before. Amazing. Simply amazing.
I wonder if I double up on the calcium if she would lay two full eggs in one day.

I say she is just getting the hang of things.
As far as I know they will lay one egg a day.
