This is minor, however i wanted to ask anyway. My rooster just got 2 feathers pulled from the base of his tail, and they had blood

I got the blood out (because i save feathers and don’t want blood in them) But i put a picture here because i was wondering, could the black one be a blood feather? They just got pulled about 10 minutes ago, and i looked at where they got pulled from, i just saw a hole that had blood on it but it wasn’t boring out or anything, i couldn’t find the other hole though.

So, its covered with feathers (atleast one is for sure.) so is flystrike still an issue?
What can i do to prevent flystrike. Should i add some cornstarch?

The cut should be clean since they got pulled, i saw no dirt and i imagine they grabbed the tip since they dangle.

Thanks!
