Self Blue d'Uccle is my best guess, since feet aren't completely slate.

I haven't heard of a Production Blue. What feed store was it?

What comb type does your little bantam have?

What color are the bottoms of it's feet? If the bottoms of the feet are yellow, you have a Blue Bantam Cochin!

It certainly looks like a silkie.
Production blues are most likely a Different name for blue Plymouth rocks/sapphire gems. They are a sexlinked breed.

I’m thinking it was a single comb but I’ll have to double check when I get home from work. I got them from a local feed mill in town. It’s not a chain store.

It looks Lavender or Self-blue in color. I can't tell if it has muffs/beard or not. My first guess was Cochin. But I'm not sure any hatcheries are offering them in that color.
