two hens havent laid eggs yet?

I have 4 hens - 2 Delawares, 2 Araucanas. Hatched 3/23. One Delaware and one Araucana have started laying, I get an egg a day from each. Should I be concerned the other two don't? I am with them pretty constantly and see who lays the egg. They have unrestricted yard access and I go hunting in the bushes daily too, but no rogue nests yet.

Advice? Suggestions? Be patient? And is it relevant that the two that aren't laying have yellow feet, while the two that lay have gray feet?

Be patient. Some pullets just mature more rapidly than others. There is no link between leg color and onset of egg laying.

I can be patient! Just a newbie who wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something.
